Sunni Students' Federation

The Sunni Students' Federation (SSF) (Kannada: ಸುನ್ನಿ ಸ್ಟುಡೆಂಟ್ ಫೆಡರೇಷನ್) (Malayalam: സുന്നി സ്റ്റുഡന്റ്സ് ഫെഡറേഷൻ) is an Islamic student organisation based in South India. Membership is highest in the states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. It is affiliated to Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, led by Kanthapuram A. P. Aboobacker Musalyar.
SSF Karnataka celebrating 25th Year & SSF celebrated its 40th anniversary in Kochi in the month of April 2013 with a three-day conference, which concluded at Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium, in Kaloor. The Chief Minister of Kerala Shri Oommen Chandy inaugurated the valedictory function. Mr. Aboobacker Musliar delivered the keynote address. It was attended by thousands of students from both secular and religious campuses. SSF leaders said their activities are not meant to segregate the religious from the secular, but rather to help them complement and understand each other better.〔
